On April 17, 2021, within the framework of the International 55th Scientific Student Conference on Technical, Humanities and Natural Sciences at the Department of Propaedeutics of Internal Diseases with a course of radiation diagnostics, for the first time, an Olympiad in Propaedeutics of Internal Diseases was held for foreign students of the third year of the specialty "General Medicine" studying at English language.

The ceremonial opening of the Olympics began with the words of the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Valentina Nikolaevna Diomidova. The Olympiad was held in two parts: single and team championship. During the single championship, students demonstrated their theoretical knowledge and practical skills in examining a patient. In the second part of the Olympiad, 5 teams competed: "Shivagi", "Indira", "Heart's kids", "Unik", "Vital Victory" in competitions: solving clinical situational problems, listening (auscultatory phenomena of propaedeutics), visual diagnosis "from the first minutes ", Diagnostics of the" clinical portrait "of the patient without verbal accompaniment.

26 students from 6 countries of the world took part in the Olympiad. A schoolchild of 9 "b" class MBOU "Gymnasium №2" also actively participated in the Olympiad.

During the Olympiad, students showed their ability to work in a team, support each other and find solutions to difficult clinical situations.

According to the results of all parts of the Olympiad in the singles championship, the places were distributed as follows:

1st place - 3rd year student of Metsanu Claude Herve Junior.

2nd place - 3rd year students Mengelieva Dilafruz, Nyak Shakti Chandan.

3rd place - 3rd year students Dwamena Margaret, Paul Aishwarya, Watfa Ali.

In the team championship of the Olympiad, the winners became the team “Shivagi” (Verma Mohit, Jain Akshita, Mishra Vikas, Nayak Shakti Chandan, Rajput Bhumika, Thakur Ujjwal Singh).

2nd place - "Unik" (Dwamena Margaret, Mengelieva Dilafruz, Watfa Ali, Metsanu Claude Herve Junior, Abdul Kadir Mustafa Abdu).

3rd place - "Vital Victory" (Hemvarsha, Sanjaykumar Sarita, Singh Vishal, Pancheshwar Pavan).
